These Terms of Use apply to the Don't Quit mobile application, provided by Project Goldrush. By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

Use Of The Application

The Application is provided as a goal-commitment, motivation, and self-support tool. You are responsible for how you use the Application and for the information, text, images, audio, video, or other content you choose to enter, record, or store through it.

Content provided by the Application, including AI-generated or motivational content, is for general support and informational purposes only. If you are experiencing an emergency, crisis, or risk of harm, contact emergency services or a qualified professional.

AI-Generated Content

Some features may use artificial intelligence to generate motivational or supportive content. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances. You are responsible for evaluating and deciding how to use any content generated or displayed by the Application.

Subscriptions And Paid Features

Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the applicable app store or payment provider according to their terms. Access to paid features may depend on successful purchase verification and continued subscription status.
